Does used and refurbished hardware come with a warranty?
Yes. Everything we supply — new, refurbished or used — is warranty-backed. The exact period is shown on each product page. Some small spare parts are supplied without warranty, and that is stated on the product page too.
What is the difference between new, refurbished and used?
New means unused in its original packaging. Refurbished means it has been inspected, repaired and tested before resale. Used means a working unit that has been inspected and tested. Each product page states its condition.
Can I buy directly from the website?
There is no online checkout. You pick the items and send a quote request from the contact page or over WhatsApp, and our team confirms price and availability before anything is committed.
Why do some products not show a price?
Enterprise hardware pricing moves with specification, quantity and availability. Where no price is shown, request a quote and we will come back with a figure for your case.
Do you provide support or maintenance after the purchase?
Yes. Alongside supply we provide technical support and maintenance through annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and SLAs, which can cover monitoring and both preventive and corrective maintenance.
